About Me
"I don't just design it — I print it, produce it, and perfect it."
I'm Nel De Guzman, a graphic artist and print production specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience in the apparel and textile industry. I've worked across every stage of the process — from the first sketch to the final printed piece — and I know what it takes to make a design not just look good on screen, but look great on fabric.
Beyond the technical side, I've led production teams, managed timelines, and delivered at scale for major retail clients. Design, for me, has never been just a desk job.
In 2021, I founded Nworks Designs — my own creative studio — as a side project. Now, with more time and a decade of experience behind me, I'm ready to grow it into something bigger.

Key Highlights
At JGH Garments, I wasn't just a designer — I was running the floor. Managing people, coordinating production, handling payroll, and still meeting design quotas. A dual skill most candidates don't have.
Most designers only know one side of the process. I know both ends — from creating the artwork all the way to operating the machines that print it. Silkscreen, DTF, sublimation — I don't just hand files off, I see it through to the finished product.
Consistently delivering 30+ approved artworks per month — each containing 3 designs — for SM Stores. That's volume, quality, and professionalism all in one. I didn't just design — I delivered at scale for a high-standard retail client.
